Located on 919 Santa Monica Blvd. Santa Monica, CA 90401, this was Lightstorm Entertainment Inc.'s administrative office space during the filming of Avatar. The director, James Cameron though was mainly working with the film crew in Playa Vista. The building was recently for sale for $11.85 million, after Lightstorm had signed leases for space at MBS Media Campus in Manhattan Beach for the two Avatar sequels.
